Business: NW Eco: Mobile Auto Detailing, LLC
Effective Date: Aug. 22nd, 2026
Last updated: Aug. 22nd, 2026
This Mobile Auto Detailing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms under which NW Eco: Mobile Auto Detailing, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile vehicle detailing services to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By booking an appointment, electronically accepting this Agreement, signing this Agreement, or authorizing the Company to begin work, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
The Customer authorizes the Company to perform the services selected during booking or otherwise approved by
the Customer.
The Customer represents that they:
1. Own the vehicle; or
2. Have permission from the vehicle's owner to authorize the requested services.
Only the services included in the selected package or subsequently approved by the Customer will be
performed.
Any price generated by the Company is based on the information provided by the Customer and the reasonably
anticipated condition of the vehicle.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding:
• Vehicle type and size;
• Interior and exterior condition;
• Hazardous materials; and
• Other conditions that could materially affect the work required.
An initial quote or estimate may be revised when the actual condition of the vehicle materially differs from
the information provided by the Customer.
Additional time, labor, or charges may be necessary when the vehicle contains conditions beyond those
reasonably included in the selected service.
Examples may include:
• Severe staining;
• Mold or suspected mold;
• Pest or insect infestations; or
• Other conditions requiring substantially more labor than reasonably anticipated.
The Company will inform the Customer of additional charges before performing additional paid work.
The Customer is not required to approve additional optional work.
If additional work is necessary to complete the service and the Customer declines the revised price, the
Company may modify or cancel the affected service as appropriate.
Certain services may require access to a suitable water supply, electrical outlet, or both.
Whether Customer-provided utilities are required will depend on the service being performed and will be
communicated before the appointment.
When Customer-provided water or electricity is required, the Customer agrees to provide reasonable
access
to:
Water
A functioning outdoor or otherwise suitable water connection located within a reasonable distance of the
vehicle.
Electricity
A functioning electrical outlet suitable for operating ordinary detailing equipment and located within a
reasonable distance of the vehicle.
The Company will use reasonable care when connecting and operating its equipment.
If required utilities are unavailable upon arrival, the Company may:
• Perform only the portions that can reasonably be completed;
• Reschedule or cancel the appointment.
The Company will communicate with the Customer before modifying the booked service.
Because services are performed on a mobile basis, the Customer agrees to provide a location that is
reasonably suitable for the requested service.
The location must provide sufficient:
• Space around the vehicle;
• Safe access for the Company;
• Legal permission to perform the service; and
• Working conditions reasonably necessary to complete the service.
The Customer is responsible for obtaining permission from a property owner or other controlling party when
necessary.
The Company may refuse or discontinue service at a location that is unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or
unsuitable for the requested work.
The Customer authorizes the Company to inspect, photograph and record the vehicle when reasonably
necessary
to:
• Document pre-existing conditions or damage;
• Document areas requiring special attention;
• Document work performed;
• Compare vehicle condition before and after service; or
• Investigate a complaint, insurance matter, damage claim, or dispute.
Cleaning may reveal existing damage or defects that were previously obscured by dirt, debris, stains,
oxidation, contamination, or other conditions.
Inspection photographs, videos, and written notes may be retained as part of the Company's service
records.
This authorization does not automatically permit the Company to publicly use the photographs or recordings
for advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.
The Customer is responsible for removing valuables and important personal property before the
appointment.
Customers should remove items such as:
• Cash;
• Jewelry;
• Fragile items;
• Firearms or other weapons; and
• Other property of significant value or importance.
The Customer should also remove belongings that would interfere with detailing.
The Company will not intentionally discard property unless it is reasonably identifiable as ordinary trash
or the Customer has authorized disposal.
The Customer is responsible for identifying anything that could reasonably appear to be trash but should be
retained.
When reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, the Customer authorizes the Company to possess
the vehicle's keys and to start or reposition the vehicle.
The Company may operate the vehicle only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the contracted
services.
The vehicle will not be used for unrelated personal or business purposes.
The Customer agrees to disclose known hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions before the
appointment.
Examples include:
• Blood;
• Human or animal waste;
• Needles or sharps;
• Mold or suspected mold;
• Pest infestations; or
• Other biological or chemical hazards.
The Company may refuse, stop, or modify a service when a condition presents a potential health or safety
risk.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the Company does not remove, install, reinstall, adjust, or certify
child safety seats.
The Customer is responsible for removing and properly reinstalling any child safety seat when removal is
necessary to perform the requested detailing service.
Auto detailing is intended to improve the cleanliness and appearance of a vehicle.
The Customer acknowledges that some conditions cannot be completely removed through ordinary detailing.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, the Company does not guarantee complete removal of any
condition.
The Company will use reasonable care when performing services.
If the Customer believes the Company caused damage or materially failed to perform an agreed service, the
Customer should notify the Company within 48 hours after completion.
The Customer should provide, when reasonably available:
• A description of the concern;
• Photographs or video;
• The approximate time the issue was discovered; and
• Other relevant information.
The Customer agrees to provide the Company a reasonable opportunity to inspect an alleged service issue or
damage before another party performs corrective work, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary
for safety or to prevent additional damage.
The Customer agrees to disclose known damaged, fragile, repaired, modified, or aftermarket components that
may require special care.
The Company may decline to clean, manipulate, remove, or otherwise work on a component when doing so would
create an unreasonable risk of damage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for loss or damage resulting
solely from:
• Pre-existing damage;
• Normal wear and deterioration;
• Defective or failing components;
• Previous improper repairs;
• Undisclosed damage;
• Improperly installed aftermarket components; or
• Other conditions not caused by the Company's services.
The Company may refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary for any reason.
If service is discontinued, the Company will determine any appropriate charges or refund based on the work
already performed, circumstances of the cancellation, prior disclosures, and applicable law.
The Customer agrees that service-related communications may occur through:
• Email;
• Text message;
• Online booking software; or
• Other agreed electronic communication methods.
The Company may revise this Agreement from time to time.
The version presented to and accepted by the Customer at the time of booking will govern that appointment
unless the Customer and Company subsequently agree to a modification.
